The Pelvic Pro was a battle between want and budget. I am a teacher with limited money for myself. My friend finally convinced me to order it for my birthday. The device comes with a discreet carrying case. The USB charging is convenient. I do my exercises while grading papers. After 4 months, my bladder control is completely back to normal. I bought one for my mom for Christmas. Buy it for yourself. You dont need a special occasion to invest in your health.

I used to lose track of my Kegels all the time. The smart screen is a game changer. Its very lightweight but feels high quality.

I hate the inner thigh machine at the gym because everyone watches. This lets me do the exact same workout in my pajamas. The padding is soft and doesnt pinch my skin.

The Pelvic Pro was on my maybe someday list forever. I am a fitness instructor and had a year long recovery after my last baby. Nothing was helping my core reconnect. The device has different resistance levels for thigh training too. I use the squat mode and glute activation programs. After 3 months, I can hold a plank again without my lower back hurting. My students noticed my core looks tighter. Dont wait any longer. You deserve to feel strong again.

My pelvic floor therapist suggested a trainer like this. Its helped me rebuild strength after surgery. The counter helps me stay consistent with the doctors orders.
