At Fenlo Form we do things a bit differently in the fact that we are a direct-to-consumer business. We take inspiration from nature to create modern, high-quality products that are made with impeccable quality and stunning designs, without the high cost.

Through our eco-design house, we have been working to create sustainable pieces for the home that are timeless and long-lasting. As we move forward we are committed to minimizing our environmental impact from our eco-friendly designs to reducing our use of plastic in our packaging.

We ship worldwide for our products under 10 lbs. Larger products that are greater than 10 lbs, we only ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers. Standard shipping is $150 on all orders unless there is a free shipping promotion.

For in-stock orders, Standard will take an estimated 1 business days for processing and an estimated 3-5 business days for transit in US and Canada.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building.
