Caring for Your Siren's Glow Wall Sconce

INSTALLATION

Unpack the sconce and carefully separate the glass globe and hanging pendants from the molded packaging.
Disconnect power at your main circuit breaker before handling any exposed wall wiring.
Affix the steel mounting bracket directly to your standard electrical box using the included machine screws.
Connect the fixture's wiring to your home's power supply (black to black, white to white, ground to ground) using the provided wire nuts, tucking the excess wire neatly into the box.
Secure the mermaid sculpture to the mounting bracket by tightening the side canopy screws, then attach the glass globe and drop pendants to complete the assembly.

Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide for our products under 10 lbs. Larger products that are greater than 10 lbs, we only ship to the USA and Canada. There are a few exceptions such as Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Nunavut.

What are your shipping options + cost?

We believe in transparent pricing. We don't hide shipping fees within the product price under the guise of free shipping. This helps us communicate the true value of our products to customers. Standard shipping is $150 on all orders unless there is a free shipping promotion.

When will my order be delivered?

For in-stock orders, Standard will take an estimated 1 business days for processing and an estimated 3-5 business days for transit in US and Canada.

For custom orders, lead time is an estimated 3-4 weeks. This estimated time frame is an all-encompassing lead time from the start of production to delivery. For more information about our Custom Order Policy and the Custom Order lead times, please see the Store Policy page.

Standard shipping includes a delivery to the threshold, described as the "first dry area or garage", or lobby/service area of a high-rise building.
