My number one fear with beaded shoes is losing beads. I've had dresses and shoes where the beads popped off after one wear. I examined the Tabitha heels closely when they arrived. The beads are not glued on. They're individually sewn onto the lace with tiny, strong threads. I gently tugged on a few beads, and they didn't budge. I've worn the shoes to three events now, including dancing on a crowded floor. Not a single bead has loosened or fallen off. The craftsmanship of the beading is exceptional.
